1. Virtual rewards
Points, tokens, signup bonuses, and task rewards displayed inside AnviPayz are generally non-refundable and non-withdrawable unless we expressly announce a different policy for a specific campaign.
2. Recharge-related payments
If AnviPayz accepts a recharge-related payment, refund requests depend on the final transaction status from the operator.
- If the recharge succeeds, the transaction is treated as completed.
- If the recharge fails, we may process a correction or refund after verification.
3. Token conversion
When points are converted into tokens inside the platform, the action is treated as an internal balance conversion. These conversions are generally not reversible.
