Refund Policy

1. Virtual rewards

Points, tokens, signup bonuses, and task rewards displayed inside AnviPayz are generally non-refundable and non-withdrawable unless we expressly announce a different policy for a specific campaign.

2. Recharge-related payments

If AnviPayz accepts a recharge-related payment, refund requests depend on the final transaction status from the operator.

  • If the recharge succeeds, the transaction is treated as completed.
  • If the recharge fails, we may process a correction or refund after verification.
Please note: A refund request does not guarantee refund approval. Each case requires verification from internal logs and third-party provider responses.

3. Token conversion

When points are converted into tokens inside the platform, the action is treated as an internal balance conversion. These conversions are generally not reversible.
